What a slacker

You know, for someone who is suppose to be running a store, he sure spends a lot of time goofing off! Wish I had that kind of time on my hands. Instead, I'm cooking, cleaning, and going crazy with 5 little kids.

Funny Photo of the Day

Funny picture for the day...Miss Mary getting a bath in the kitchen sink! One of her favorite daily activities! I wish I could get that excited over taking a bath!!

Happy 29 weeks!

I'm a big girl now! 29 weeks!

Mary turned 29 weeks today! In just the last two weeks she has learned to crawl and sit up completely on her own. Now if only she would grow some teeth!

It's a tree!

Look Mommy, a tree!

Here is another picture I forgot to post from Fionnys day outside. He discovered a tree and could even say "tree" It is so cute to hear him finally start talking. He says things like, "here mama", "eat, eat!", "peez" and so on. He is just too cute!

Cian turned 5 and Fionny learned to run in shoes!

Running like a mad man!

On March 16th, Cian turned 5 years old! We had a great day with him playing Wii, watching a movie and opening presents! I made him a lemon cake and he decided MacDonalds was what he wanted for dinner...YUCK! It was his day, so we couldn't complain. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures. I have serious baby brain right now. Fionny has this pair of tennies he just can't seem to run in. So last week, I got him dressed and decided to let him have at it outside. He had a blast running up and down the sidewalk in front of our house. He was so cute and so proud of himself! I can't believe my little baby boy will be 2 next month.

It's been a long 2 weeks!

It has been a few weeks since my last post. Everything has been pretty crazy around here. I'll start with March 13th, which was Seans' 35th birthday! As a gift, he bought the whole family a Wii! I know, we are most likely the last family to get one, but we never really had the money for on until now. So we spent the entire day playing Mario Kart, Wii Sports, and Mario Galaxy! It was a great day!

Happy 35th Birthday!!

What a wonderful World!

Posted via Pixelpipe.
Every morning, the first thing I do before I get out of bed, is reach for my G1 and read all my favorite blog postings. As I was looking at my list yesterday, I realized I have a friend all around the world. I have a wonderful Grandmother in Canada. A very strong, devoted mother and wife in the UK. A sweet, funny man in South Korea. A wonderful woman in India, and another beautiful, vibrant person in Africa. There are also a few here in the United States as well. As I was reading all of these blogs, I realized how lucky we are to have the chance to communicate whit people all over the world on a daily basis, without even leaving my bed! I have learned about so many wonderful cultures, traditions. Beliefs, and countries. All I had to do was open my phone and read. What a wonderful technology the Internet is. To think 15 years ago, I barely knew what it was. Now I don't know what I would do without it. It sounds silly, but think about it, what would you do if you didn't have your Internet connection?

Standing in the Sink!

Posted via Pixelpipe.
My Mom was just visiting us for 5 days. Along with her, she brought exhaustion, illness, and relief. Don't get wrong, I enjoy it when my comes to visit, but by the end of the trip, we are all ready for normalcy to return. We did a lot with Mom here. We went to MGM Grand Casino and saw the Lions. We went to the M&M Store and paid $65 for 7 lbs of M&Ms. We saw the shark exhibit at the Mandalay Bay too. (Boy was that an adventure). Mom ran us ragid It shows how out of shape we are. Sean and I did get a few nights out together for the first time in 4 years. We even stayed at a hotel for a night. (Don't get too excited, we were too tired to do anything) The last day Mom was here, she wanted to buy the kids some toys, so we went to Toys R Us.After an hour or so, they decided on a kitchen set with pots and pans and play food. They all love to pull out all my pots and pans, so Mom thought it would be nice to buy them their own set. After Mom and I staying up until 5:30am, we finally got the kitchen put together for them to play with. They were so excited Sunday morning to see their new kitchen. Liam thinks it's a jungle gym and like to climb into the little sink. I posted a picture of it for you all to laugh at. I sure got a good laugh out of it. Mom left Sunday night, and now we are all sick with a head cold. So much for a relaxing vacation. Oh well!
